Abel Sensors develops and produces intelligent parking systems through sensors with which bicycle parking facilities can be used more efficiently. This system recognizes and counts bicycles and also detects available parking spots.

This makes it easier for cyclists to use parking spaces, because visitors can be guided to free parking spaces or unused bikes can be identified by park owners.

In August, this year, together with Westfälische Bauindustrie GmbH, Abel Sensors delivered a detection system for 1800 bicycle racks. Visitors who travel by bike can not only reserve a parking spot, but can now also pay directly, while being guided to their reserved parking spot with the new system of Abel Sensors.
